This SSL error is usually a server-side issue, so there's not much you can do about it, but there are a few things you should try to make sure the problem isn't on your end.

What Causes the SSL_Error_rx_Record_too_long Error in Firefox?
This Firefox SSL error occurs when you connect to a website using a secure connection. It usually happens due to issues with how the website's SSL certificate has been configured, leaving you unable to connect to the website's port. These errors have been reported when logging in to popular websites such as YouTube, Pinterest, OneDrive, Facebook, Gmail, Spotify, and Dropbox.
While the SSL error in Firefox is almost always due to websites experiencing problems with their servers, there are a few other potential causes. For example, your antivirus program could be the culprit, or your proxy server may be experiencing issues.
How to Solve SSL_Error_rx_Record_too_long Error in Firefox
Try these steps in order until you're able to connect to the website:
Use HTTP. Enter the website's URL as usual, but replace the https:// at the beginning with http://. This works because HTTPS is different from HTTP. Specifically, HTTPS indicates that the URL is secure.
If you decide to use the HTTP version of a website, the connection isn't as secure, so be cautious about sharing information while on a site without a secure URL.
Use Safe Mode. To load Firefox in Safe Mode, select the Hamburger Menu > Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled, or hold the Shift key while opening Firefox.
Using Safe Mode temporarily returns the version of Firefox to its default theme and shuts down any add-ons that are running.
Clear the cache. If the connection is successful in Safe Mode, go back to normal browsing and press Ctrl+Shift+R (on Windows) or Command+Shift+R (on Mac) to delete any outdated cache files related to the website. That should hopefully resolve the issue.
Check the proxy settings. You might experience the SSL error if the Firefox browser's proxy settings are not put together correctly. To check if this is the case, select the Hamburger Menu > Options > Network Proxy > Settings. If your version of Firefox uses a proxy connection that is not needed, select the No Proxy checkmark, then select OK to restart Firefox and update the settings.
Update the Firefox browser. Make sure you have the latest version of Firefox so that you have the latest security updates.
Check the antivirus software. Make sure that your antivirus software is not to blame by opening the program and ensuring any SSL related features are disabled. If the problem persists, temporarily disable the program. If that works, consider replacing it with a different antivirus program that does not interfere with your system.
Reinstall Firefox. If all else fails, restore the Firefox browser to the default settings. Doing so deletes any themes and add-ons you installed, and usually fixes any user-side connection issues.
